Experienced Project Manager needed for dynamic and rapidly expanding digital energy supplier based in beautiful Bath
THIS IS THE BUSINESS
Our client is a market-disrupting, consumer-focused digital energy company designed to meet the need for change in the energy sector. As Project Manager / Scrum Master you’ll manage delivery of change projects, taking ownership, collaborating with product owners, business and technical teams to define scope, assumptions and requirements for change projects. Responsibilities will include:
- determining key stakeholders, setting up cross functional team / defining roles & responsibilities
- determining approach to project / level of governance / communicating updates
- managing project risks / tracking & monitoring progress
You will work with a small tech team, some key stakeholders / partners and report to CTO.

THIS IS YOU
As Project Manager / Scrum Master you have a proven track record in a similar role in a fast paced digital organisation delivering change. With experience in Agile Scrum methodologies / project management methodologies / energy industry / digital technology you will also have:
- strong communication skills
- ability to create strong and effective teams
- an inquisitive attitude with ability to constructively challenge others
- a flexible approach, requiring minimal supervision, with ability to multitask
Due to COVID19, all employees currently work from home and will do so until it’s safe to return to the office. Depending on how government guidelines change over the coming months, this role can either be worked from the office or a mixture of remote and office.
