The Role

As End Point Assessor Manager ( Hospitality ) you will be responsible for managing a team of End-Point Assessors (Perm & Casual Staff). Your responsibilities will include:

  • day to day management of End-Point Assessors and Quality Assurance
  • ensure operational costs are managed appropriately
  • responsibility for EPA recruitment
  • undertake / document regular team meetings and one to ones
  • ensuring end-point assessments are conducted fairly, and assessments are valid & reliable
  • practice standardised assessment principles set out by IAO
  • manage development / delivery of training & standardisation activities
  • risk managing the end-point assessor team

The Person

As End Point Assessor Manager ( Hospitality ) you will have a thorough understanding of End Point Assessment and experience in a work based learning environment, managing large teams. With experience managing operational costs you will also have:

  • solid understanding of Quality Assurance, processes & policies of awarding organisation
  • excellent knowledge and understanding of apprenticeship standard(s)
  • knowledge of access to assessment and equal opportunities
  • experience of project development and delivery,
  • good communication and influencing skills / excellent report writing skills
  • excellent time management skills / ability to work autonomously
