Our client is a successful digital energy supplier. Their market-disrupting, consumer-focused digital energy model is designed specifically to meet the need for change in the energy sector.

As Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist you will create engaging, informative and dynamic communications journeys, supporting the customer life-cycle. You’ll work in Marketing team, planning, creating and refining digital journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Your responsibilities will include:

• building & maintaining customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• creating & growing audiences to support acquisition targets
• using data and experimentation to continuously improve engagement & efficacy
• creating and reporting on various KPIs;
• having good knowledge of GDPR best practices
• creating content & audiences in Marketing Cloud ( email / SMS / app / digital channels )

As Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist you will have experience in a similar role.  You are a strategic thinker who’s also able to focus on detail. You’ll understand tone and form and the importance of brand identity, and keep up to date with all the trends in communications, and new releases and features of Marketing Cloud.  You will also have:

• experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and knowledge of core Studios and Builders
• proven track record of using data &experimentation results to improve and refine journeys
• experience with basic HTML / AMPscript / SQL databases
• enthusiasm about Marketing Cloud and the opportunities it presents

The role is office based but can be performed from home with regular visits to the office in Bath
