The Role

As Regulation and Compliance Administrator you will provide support to the Compliance Team contributing to quality assurance / improvements across the organisation. Reviewing processes relating to regulated qualifications / end-point assessment, and coordinating activities to support regulator audits, you will also be responsible for:

  • providing data reports to drive improvements
  • providing guidance / support to colleagues on regulatory related activities
  • contributing to review / improvement / consolidation of self-evaluation processes
  • completion of priority actions before submitting regulators’ Annual Statements of Compliance
  • maintaining EQAO Audit plan
  • leading on reviews of MCQ test recordings

The Person

As Regulation & Compliance Administrator you will be familiar with the education sector with experience in a similar senior administrative role.  With an understanding of work-based learning, Awarding Organisations and End-point Assessment, and ideally with Designated Safeguarding Officer training, you will also have knowledge / experience of the following:

  • inputting / accessing data from databases
  • working to timescales and deadlines
  • planning and preparing for inspection by regulators ( Ofqual etc )
  • Microsoft Office ( Excel / Word )
  • excellent written & verbal communication
  • excellent attention to detail
