Accounts Assistant needed for UK and Ireland based coffee equipment service company. Home based role with flexible hours
The Role
As Accounts Assistant, you will undertake general accounts responsibilities including:
- raising sales invoices / credit control / daily bank reconciliation
- preparation of management accounts / year end audit files
- preparation / reconciliation of quarterly VAT returns
- maintenance of petty cash transactions / cash deposit at bank
- collate monthly expenses schedule / pay creditors
- sales and purchase ledger, orders and invoices
- project and product analysis spreadsheets
- general finance admin including company cars, phones, expenses etc.

The Person
As Accounts Assistant, you will have relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 4 AAT) and experience in a related finance role or department. You will be computer literate with strong all round administrative skills. You will need to be adaptable, flexible and be happy working for a company that embraces change
