The Role

As Customer Support Trainer – Software / Project Coordinator, you will assist with software implementation and training for new and existing customers. You will be working with organisations of different sizes and liaising with people at all levels, as the first point of contact a new customer has with the company.  Responsibilities include:

  • efficient completion of customer set ups
  • deliver clear / cohesive training on software
  • working closely with customers to gather information
  • respond to customer queries throughout onboarding process
  • promote benefits delivered by software
  • record & report on lessons learned during project lifetime

The Company

Our Bath based client has a cloud-based SAAS application and an expanding global user-base. This application helps control costs across organisations giving accounts teams complete real-time visibility of any purchases their colleagues are making. Offices are in central Bath close to the train station. There is secure cycle storage and a roof terrace for sunny summer lunches. All staff are offered a ’work from home’ option for two days a week by mutual agreement.

The Person

As Customer Support Trainer – Software / Project Coordinator, you will have experience in customer service and some account management and training experience.  If you have knowledge of financial software that is great, but not essential as we can train you.  You will also have:

  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • self-motivation and a can do attitude
  • strong organisation skills
  • ability to multitask /see tasks through to completion
  • confidence to deliver training to finance users
