Business Intelligence Analyst                         Croydon                      £55k to £70k p.a. + benefits

The Role

As Lead Business Intelligence Analyst you will lead the Group’s Business Intelligence projects and processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• translate business needs to technical specifications
• use existing ERP & BI system to create relevant reports for the Business & Operations
• design, build and deploy new Business Intelligence and Reporting solutions
• support finance and operations teams to deliver decision making information.
• maintain company’s BI environment including SQL server and Power B.I.

The Person

As Lead Business Intelligence Analyst you will have experience in a similar role, ideally with a background in data warehouse design ( dimensional modelling ) and data mining. You will also have:

• strong knowledge of Power B.I. ( developing reports / implementing required architecture )
• knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system or equivalent
• understanding of database management systems, OLAP and ETL framework
• experience of Microsoft platforms ( SQL queries / SQL Server Reporting / SSRS / SSIS
• experience in deployment of CPM (Corporate Performance Management) Systems
• understanding of Microsoft Data Lake and Synapse Analytics is desirable
