Working Foreman based in Bath / Bristol from £16.00 per hour
The Role
The Working Foreman will have a “trades” background / experience and manage the direct trades, labourers and sub-contractors on site as required – working 'hands on’ at times in order to meet project deadlines. You will ensure the day to day running of projects and the site team - and be happy working on the tools when needed.

A longstanding privately owned Bristol based building company providing architects, surveyors and developers with a high quality, reliable and efficient building service. They are members of the FMB and cover a wide range and variety of building projects within the Bristol and Bath area.
The Person
The ideal Working Foreman will have a “trades” background and some experience in a similar role with a previous general builder / contractor. You will also have an understanding of current UK regulations around residential buildings / extensions. You need the ability to work in a hands on supervisory role and to make decisions based on knowledge / experience.
Hours of work 7.30am to 4.00pm.
