The Role

As Customer Service / Telesales Advisor you will engage with people over the phone on a daily basis. You will have energy and a desire to hit and exceed targets in this role with the ability to relate to people and recognise and help with their needs.  Dealing with people either looking for a career change, or simply want to gain a qualification. You are provided with warm leads which will be converted into sales – there is no cold-calling within this role. Your responsibilities will include:

  • contacting prospective customers interested in Training Courses through outbound calling.
  • ensuring that learners are provided with accurate course information to make informed choices
  • providing highest levels of customer experience across the end-to-end sales process
  • advising learners on the most appropriate courses or qualifications to suit their needs
  • handling new inbound enquiries and leads generated through online and offline marketing activity

The Person

As Customer Service / Telesales Advisor you will have customer service / sales experience, ideally in a contact / call centre environment. With a passion for delivering excellence and a proven track record of achieving targets you will also have:

  • effective time management and organisational skills
  • excellent customer service / relationship building skills
