The Role
As IT Service Management Consultant you will assist with the deployment of a Service Desk. Your responsibilities will include:
- Process review and GAP analysis
- Design and build of new processes
- Working with SAFE framework / Ivanti / ITIL
The Company
Our client is a financial institution in the South West.
The Person
As Service Management Consultant you will have a proven IT Services background, creating training workshops to help train staff to the required level. You will also have:
- strong customer services background
- ITIL certification
- knowledge of Ivanti would be advantageous
- experience in process review and GAP analysis
- experience of SAFE framework
