They are looking for a Customer Retention Manager to join the Sales team; someone who will help Members increase their engagement & tenure with the company’s digital, renewable energy proposition.

THIS IS YOU

As Customer Retention Manager, you will have experience and proven delivery in a digital, data-lead, consumer business. Enthusiastic and commercially skilled you will ensure Members have an exceptional experience and won’t want to leave. You will help Members to use the right products and services for their needs, and nurture company brand advocates. Confident with CRM tools ( Salesforce Marketing / Service Clouds ) and a self-starter with good attention to detail, responsibilities include:

  • using data / insights to measure & predict Member’s lifecycle activities
  • developing retention processes ( CRM / tariffs / channel promotions / email & app notifications )
  • measure, innovate, iterate and constantly improve retention performance
  • promoting additional products / services that engage & increase Member lifetime value
  • working with UX, CRM, Data, and Service to promote value throughout customer lifecycle
  • liaising with sales & marketing team to contribute to wider commercial discussions
