Salary: GBP40000 - GBP60000 per annum

Experienced .NET / C# Developer

Salary: £40k - £60k

Location: London / Kent / Essex

THE ROLE

We have partnered with a well-known Microsoft Gold Partner who have an  exciting role in their newly formed Products team focusing on solutions for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. The role will be for an experienced .NET or C# developer with good knowledge of DevOps pipelines.

MAIN DUTIES

  • Make technical contributions to product development activity
  • Architect and deliver solutions based on the product development roadmap and in line with Quality Standards
  • Translate functional requirements and create best in class solutions
  • Continue to keep abreast of industry best practices and make recommendations as to their adoption
  • Make recommendations for process improvement within the team, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives and reviews, as necessary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with the product team to ensure that solutions are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
  • Ensuring solutions are highly maintainable, supportable and stable
  • Ensuring solutions meet Microsoft’s supported standards
  • Providing additional support to the core customer support function where required

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrable background working within a DevOps environment managing requirements backlogs, automated deployment pipelines, testing and code repositories
  • Experience in .NET, C# and JavaScript languages
  • Experience of application development and support within an enterprise context, ideally with some experience of architectures spanning multiple technologies
  • Experience working with web APIs and service-based architecture
  • Knowledge of applying engineering practices for design, build, test and deployment
  • Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services (desirable)
  • Dynamics 365 & Power Platform experience (desirable)
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with peers
  • A collaborative approach to work: sharing knowledge, is inquisitive, nurturing
