The Role
The Customer Support Advisor role will provide technical customer support within the helpdesk team – excellent customer service skills and an interest in software products and services is required. Your responsibilities will include:
- dealing with customer support issues
- answering support questions
- first line support to existing clients
- assisting in due course with new customer set up
The Company
Our Bath based client provides a cloud-based software application that manages the buying and spend in multi-location organisations. They have a growing global user-base including festivals, events companies, retail chains, restaurant chains and construction businesses.
The Person
As Customer Support Advisor you will have excellent customer service communication skills backed up by an interest in software products and services. You may have experience of working in first line support / customer support / helpdesk environment or you may just be starting out. If you have the customer service skills we need and a passion for software products and services we would like to hear from you.
The role is currently home based and will allow for a flexible mix of home and office working in the future.
You will be working with a small team who are all extremely capable software professionals, giving you the opportunity to learn from others and expand your knowledge. You will find the office atmosphere relaxed, fun and friendly.
