Office Manager Portishead up to £25,000k d.o.e

As Office Manager, you will work ensure the smooth running of the office and work with clients to advertise and fill their vacancies. Your responsibilities will include:
- managing a small team and ensuring systems and processes are followed
- coordinating recruitment campaigns
- conducting initial phone interviews / arranging interviews
- account management for key clients
- drafting job advertisements, marketing mailshots as required
- invoicing & general office administration
- taking calls / queries from candidates & clients
- managing supplier relationships (IT, telecoms etc.)
We are an independent recruitment company based in Portishead High Street providing internet based recruitment and resourcing solutions for clients across the UK.
As Office Manager, you will have impeccable administration skills and previous experience of working within a busy office environment and/or recruitment company. You will also have the following skills:
- familiar with Word, Outlook Excel
- excellent verbal / written communication skills
- great customer service
- ability to work unsupervised and take the initiative
- attention to detail
