3 month fixed term contract for Customer Service Administrator with growing business in Bristol
The Role
As Customer Service Administrator you will provide support and coordinate all administrative activities across the organisation. Acting as the main customer contact, supporting & maintaining excellent customer service your responsibilities will include:
- handling all incoming customer queries, professionally and effectively
- recording / maintaining accurate information on business systems
- building positive relationships with internal / external customers
- supporting the re booking of assessments and planning meetings
- delivering against agreed personal & functional KPIs

The Person
As Customer Service Advisor you will have previous administration experience in a similar role providing support to a busy team. With excellent customer service experience and/or skills you will also have the following skills:
- ability to use MS Outlook, Word & Excel
- experience managing multiple tasks & priorities
- excellent written and verbal communication
This is a 3 month fixed term contract role.
