Great opportunity for customer service advisor in fast paced role with forward thinking training company. 

The Role

As Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for offering apprenticeship training opportunities to existing and prospective learners and clients through inbound and outbound calls across a variety of sectors and offering the best possible to service to all. Your duties will include:

  • Advising existing and new clients/learners on the appropriate courses to suit them and their job role.
  • Encouraging existing customers to sign up their employees for apprenticeships
  • Qualifying all opportunities to ensure that they are fully eligible for funding
  • Ensure specific campaign messages are delivered accurately

The Person

As Customer Service Advisor you will have a Call Handling / Contact Centre experience in a similar phone based environment (business admin. / call centre ).  You will also have:

  • a polite, confident and friendly telephone manner / ability to build relationships
  • experience of results orientated / pressurised environment.
  • good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • excellent administrative and organisational skills.
