The Role 

As Quality Improvement Coach -Management in this top performing training company you will be responsible for the quality of the learner journey, supporting area managers to implement a sector-based curriculum, improving teaching and training as well as the technical and occupational competence of trainers. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • confirm occupational / teaching competency of trainers
  • deliver sector-based training for trainers during on-boarding and during probation
  • support trainers to achieve qualifications
  • complete observations ( enrolment / induction / on-programme teaching / assessment )
  • review curriculum resources ensuring sector relevance
  • sampling of mock assessments, maintaining accurate records for internal audit
  • qualification sampling for awarding organisations, maintaining accurate records

The Person 

As Quality Improvement Coach you will have a teaching qualification ( Level 5 ), an assessing qualification ( CAVA ) and relevant experience within management / professional services / apprenticeship sectors.  Experience of working in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines and with excellent communication and organisational skills, you will also have:

  • Internal Quality Assurance qualification (IQA or equivalent)
  • Functional Skills level 2 in Maths, English and ICT or equivalent
  • experience of planning and delivering quality assurance activities
  • experience within a WBL / educational environment in delivery of apprenticeship standards
