Customer Service Administrator for successful London based wholesale company
The Role
As Customer Service Administrator your role is all about communication. Liaising with colleagues, the accounts team, wholesale / web customers, warehouses and sales agents, your responsibilities will include:
- email correspondence with customers / wholesale suppliers
- taking customer phone calls
- collating / interpreting stock reports
- check order requests / queries re. price, sizing etc
- raise invoices
- processing orders & returns

The Person
As Customer Service Adviser you will have some experience in a similar role, ideally with a knowledge of the wholesale and footwear sectors. You will also have:
- basic knowledge of Excel
- experience using SAP and Shopify (training can be provided)
- good organisational skills
- good communication skills both written and verbal
Due to Covid, this role will be part home based with regular attendance at the London office
