CRM Manager required for exciting, fast paced, internet retailing / e-commerce business
THE ROLE
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and the Head of Ecommerce, your key focus will be management and growth of the customer database and increasing lifetime value (CLTV). Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring customer recency, frequency and monetary value (RFM)
- Expert interrogation and analysis of database to drive business revenues
- Managing lead generation and quality across the various touchpoints
- Product owner of Email Service Provider/CRM system (currently Emarsys)
- Optimising customer segmentation and personalisation for CRM activity
- Use of CRM platform for multi-channel customer communications
- Maintaining email reputation / deliverability across key ISPs
- Ensuring all CRM activity is legally compliant
- Managing Direct Mail initiatives including brochures and parcel inserts
- Support setting of all new customer, retention and other associated KPIs
- Detailed reporting on all aspects of Email, CRM and Direct Mail

Already an established supplier to the UK and global market place, they are now recruiting for further support staff to service the ever increasing demand.
THE PERSON
As CRM Manager you will have previous experience in a similar role working with consumer / customer databases in a numerate and analytical capacity. You will be highly numerate and computer literate with Excel to a highly proficient level with the ability to manage, manipulate and gain meaningful insights and actions from large data sets. You will have broad knowledge of:
- CRM platforms / Email Service Providers / Marketing automation programmes
- High-quality database growth and retention at a high frequency
- Detailed reporting and initial set up of new templates / models
- Content Management Systems and Google Analytics
- Emarsys or similar programmes would be an advantage, but not essential
In addition, strong communication and organisational skills are required along with a high level of confidence to deal with external partners and key internal stakeholders. You will be a commercial thinker with a strong affinity for product and upholding brand image and values.
