The Role

The Lettings Office Administrator will provide administrative support in a small and busy office to the Lettings Team, creating documents, responding to enquiries and calls, maintaining files and keeping accurate records. The Lettings Office Administrator will assist the Lettings Manager and the Lettings Team, providing excellent customer service to students, tenants, landlords, potential customers etc. at all times.

The Company

Our client is a private landlord established since 1998 in London's Royal Borough of Greenwich  they let and manage properties / HMO’s on behalf of landlords as well as letting 100 rooms and luxury en-suite rooms in quality house share accommodation, renting to key workers, professionals, UK based and overseas students on both a short and long term basis.

The Person

The successful Lettings / Office Administrator will have a good standard of education and literacy, both verbal and written and be IT computer literate in MS Office, Word, Excel etc. You will have a flexible attitude towards your work, duties and the team and be able to lend support with a variety of different office based tasks.
