Part time role for Customer Bookings Coordinator with growing training company in Bristol
Child friendly hours – Monday to Friday – 9.00 until 3.30
The Role
As Customer Bookings Coordinator you will provide customer focused solutions to deliver a high-quality apprenticeship assessments. Liaising with clients to support and maintain excellent customer service, your duties will include:
- planning meetings / guiding apprentices through their assessments
- handling customer queries to achieve satisfactory resolution
- supporting booking of assessments and planning meetings
- building relationships with customers
- management of Booking team inbox

The Person
As Customer Bookings Coordinator you will have previous experience in a similar contact centre environment. With excellent customer service experience and/or skills you will also have the following:
- ability to use MS Outlook, Word & Excel
- experience managing multiple tasks & priorities to deadlines
- excellent written and verbal communication
Hours of work – Monday to Friday 9.00 until 3.30
Salary shown is full time equivalent and will be pro-rata
