Fantastic opportunity for B2C Marketing professional with dynamic digital media company in the world of sports, fitness and health – part of a leading global US corporation headquartered in London

The Role

To launch and grow live video subscription and on-demand video subscription services.

We are looking for a consumer focused marketeer with B2C digital marketing and campaign management experience in acquiring and growing a customer / subscriber base. You will support the growth of existing and new multi-platform video subscription services to drive customer acquisition and subscriber growth via multiple marketing channels. Responsibilities include:

  • digital & social media strategy to support development of multi-platform video subscription services
  • multi-channel digital marketing & media campaigns to convert audiences to paid subscriber model
  • Work with agencies on campaign briefs to support paid media subscriber acquisition campaigns
  • Support e-commerce, club, festivals and events teams to develop cross-promotional opportunities
  • Analyse user data to drive decision making for pricing, packaging, product and content
  • Respond to marketing performance metrics and subscriber data to improve acquisition and retention
  • Support the development of an integrated CRM programme

As Marketing Manager, you will have media / direct-to-consumer B2C digital marketing skills, creating multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including creative, planning, budgeting and implementation stages. With a focus on conversion of free to paid subscriptions, you will have extensive experience of digital marketing and commerce platforms and analytics tools including GA, SEO, email campaigns, automation, CMS, CRM and fulfilment.

A relevant qualification in digital marketing, commerce or business studies is preferred, but most important is the ability to engage with the customer journey through acquisition and retention.
