Curriculum Design Manager – Warehousing & Logistics Home Based
12 months fixed term contract up to £36,000 p.a.+ benefits
Fantastic opportunity for experienced warehousing, logistics and/or express delivery operative with experience in curriculum writing
The Role
As Curriculum Design Manager – Warehousing & Logistics you will inspire business and commerce operatives and practitioners to achieve their Level 2 to Level 4 apprenticeships while working with some of the UK’s top companies. Your responsibilities will include:
- review Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Education’s (IfATE) standards
- lead on development of Express Delivery & Supply Chain Warehousing apprenticeships
- developing Business Improvement Techniques materials
- alignment of Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours development criteria with business needs
- creation of practice assessments that align with approved End Point Assessments
This role is a 12 months fixed term contract.

The Person
As Curriculum Design Manager – Warehousing & Logistics you will already be an experienced warehousing, logistics and/or express delivery operative and/or educator with relevant qualifications and experience in warehousing / logistics curriculum writing. You will also need the following:
- understanding of QCF and Apprenticeship Standards
- understanding of developing training products to meet commercial objectives
- experience with on line and blended learning solutions
- experience dealing with Awarding Organisations / Sector Skills Councils
- excellent presentation, communication and IT skills
