The Role

As Customer Relationship Executive / Administrator you will assist with co-ordinating and supporting reporting, associated campaigns and generating key intelligence for both internal and external customers. Responsibilities include:

  • manage administration and campaigns to ensure projects / initiatives are completed on time
  • monitor effectiveness of campaigns, producing reports on a regular basis for internal / external use
  • maintain accurate data within CRM to ensure all compliance requirements are met
  • effective processing of financial administration to ensure timely payments
  • create internal briefing documents to support with Curriculum and Marketing requests

The Person

As Customer Relationship Executive / Administrator you will have experience in a customer focused environment delivering high levels of customer service and administration.  With thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office / CRM / video conferencing platforms you will also have:

  • accuracy and ability to follow instructions
  • confident and professional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • high attention to detail
  • ability to carry out basic analysis on information
  • good organisational and problem-solving skills
