The Role
As Customer Service Administrator you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and good customer service. Responsibilities will include:
- answering telephone / responding to queries
- raising calls from emails and phone calls
- updating customers with delivery schedules
- upkeep of customer database / maintaining contact lists
- liaising with service engineers, suppliers, customers

The Person
As Customer Service Administrator you will have administration experience and good customer service skills. You will also need:
- effective communication skills ( phone / email )
- attention to detail, able to work to deadlines
- self-motivation and ability to work alone
- knowledge of IT packages – Word / Excel etc
This is a home based role with flexibility on number of hours worked. Either full time or part time hours considered. To be discussed at interview
