The Role
As Administrator you will be responsible for administrative tasks to support delivery of qualifications and assessments. Responsibilities will include:
- raising purchase orders / processing invoices / maintaining accurate records
- formatting support & assessment materials / proof reading documentation
- producing reports and data / attending internal meetings as required
- admin support for recruitment & systems teams
- taking ownership of consultant and supplier enquiries
- supporting customer calls / apprentice enquiries
- attend internal meetings as appropriate

The Person
As Administrator you will have experience in a similar role providing support to a busy team. With excellent customer service experience and/or skills you will also have the following skills:
- excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- ability to take initiative / work to tight timescales
- good attention to detail
- excellent written & verbal communication / customer service skills
