The Role

As Accounts / Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative processes. You will also be involved in administration to support of the day to day running of the business, and will be encouraged to support team projects and initiatives to help the business grow. Responsibilities include:

  • purchase ledger / sales ledger
  • credit control / VAT / CIS
  • payroll preparation
  • bank account management

The Company

Our client is a fast growing business in the construction sector, employing 20 people locally from their base near Stroud.

The Person

As Accounts / Payroll Administrator, you will be AAT level 3 / 4 qualified with experience of payroll preparation, credit control as well as sales / purchase ledger experience.  Ideally having worked in the construction sector with knowledge of CIS, you will also have:

  • excellent organisation skills
  • experience of using Xero / Sage
  • analytical approach
  • robust attention to detail
