Experienced Technical Solution Designer for brand new forward thinking role with fast growing digital sustainable energy supplier in Bath
THIS IS THE BUSINESS
Our client is a digital, renewable energy supplier dealing only in clean, sustainable energy. Their market-disrupting, consumer-focused digital energy model is designed specifically to meet the need for change in the energy sector, and to tackle our Climate Crisis.
You will be designing digital solutions for projects and integrations. Working with a small tech team and reporting to the Head of Technical Design & Delivery your main responsibilities will include:
- translating requirements into technical solution designs
- refining solutions into detailed integration designs ready for development
- delivering framework architectures to deliver roadmap to future enterprise architecture
- supporting developers / testers to understand the solution & resolve design issues

THIS IS YOU
As Technical Solution Designer you already have experience designing digital solutions across apps, web, middleware and cloud based systems. You also need experience / knowledge in the following:
- API Design, REST & Service based
- solution design skills in UML and class modelling
- experience in Agile Scrum methodologies and user story creation
- problem solving mindset / ability translate complex technology and problems
- excellent verbal and interpersonal skills / ability to work to deadlines
- Salesforce / AI and automation / AWS / WSO2 / Mulesoft / RAML / middleware
- billing and charging in the utility sector
This role is based in Bath but can be performed from home with regular visits to the Office
Our client will be reviewing all applications on Thursday 18 February and plan to start first stage interviews week commencing Monday 22 February
