Office Manager / Office Support Services / Office Administrator role up to £24,000 per annum DOE
The Role
This is a flexible office support and management role, ideally working full time but flexible hours, supporting a small team of people with their admin and document creation, filing, word processing, diary needs etc. Some remote working may be possible by arrangement but most important is the ability and desire to offer flexible and varied organisation and administration and customer service support to a wide range of individuals and clients.

Our client is an established company with a rapidly growing client base supporting individuals to work in administration within the professional services sector. They provide a cloud based software platform with formatted legal documents to be downloaded for use by associates / franchisees to access and use for their customers.
Through their Franchise & Network Models, they help new people enter the industry to build their own rewarding careers and financial security.
The Person
As Office Administrator, you will need all the usual skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. You will support a small close knit team with administration services including acting as secretary / PA to the Managing Director.
You will need strong communication skills to engage with potential customers and help with on-boarding of new business partners.
