Receptionist for new and thriving Physiotherapy business in Portishead. Flexibility on hours – full or part time.
THE ROLE
As Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for customers whether by phone or in person so your customer service and communication skills must be excellent. Providing a high level of caring customer service to support the Physiotherapists you will:
- answer the phone, greet clients,
- take general enquiries, book appointments, take payments
- help manage clinic social media
- respond to emails, general correspondence
- maintaining patient records
The Company
Our client provides Physiotherapy, Sports Rehabilitation and Therapeutic Massage services from a newly opened clinic in Portishead High Street.
The Person
As Receptionist you will be an organised, efficient and caring individual, with good administrative and customer service skills. Friendly and engaging, with good communication and computer skills, you will ideally have an interest in good health, fitness and wellbeing.
Reception needs to be covered Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. until 8.00p.m. and on Saturday mornings between 9.00 a.m. and 12 noon. How this is covered is to be discussed. The role can be full or part time and split between several people.
There will also be some requirement / flexibility to cover holidays of the other Receptionists with due notice and overtime paid.
Hours to be discussed. This role can be part time with flexibility on hours worked.
