Information Manager needed to develop online digital customer service offering

THIS IS THE BUSINESS

Our client is the country’s first app-only energy supplier. The really smart bit is that they deal only in clean, sustainable energy … and they’re only just getting started. Their market-disrupting, consumer-focused digital energy model is designed specifically to meet the need for change in the energy sector.

They now need a Digital Knowledge Advisor. Using a 24 / 7 automated customer online / offline response system is just one of the ways you will manage and distribute knowledge to customers. It will serve as the primary source of information for customers (members) and is consolidating the company’s reputation for fantastic customer service. Taking charge of this, you will:

  • manage, improve and develop the company knowledge bank
  • maintain up-to-date status with all business products and purpose
  • continuously update the knowledge hub / base within the online community
  • manage, monitor and maintain all ‘chat’ templates
  • collaborate with tech & marketing colleagues to deliver customer propositions

THIS IS YOU

If you’re curious, a great communicator and brimming with enthusiasm, then we should be talking. You will have already managed information in a technical or service environment or in the ‘energy’ sector would be even better. You will know how to transform technical information into customer friendly engagement and understand how things work and how to share that knowledge.

The role is home based with regular visits to the office in Bath
