Home based role for Programme Facilitator to liaise between employer and apprenticeship assessors for top performing training company
The Role
As Programme Facilitator you will support the coordination of apprenticeship programmes, providing liaison between company, apprentices and assessors, ensuring campaigns are delivered, apprenticeship products are understood, and learners are well supported across the employer’s business. Responsibilities will include:
- promoting apprenticeship opportunities to the employer partner & prospective learners
- gaining commitment from sites to engage with the Apprenticeship Programme
- monitoring implementation / review / development of programme with key stakeholders
- being contact for client’s learner queries, providing quick solutions / effective responses
- delivery of training to employer managers / stakeholders to help them support apprentices
- support Regional Trainers with any special employer requirements for delivery of programme

The Person
As Programme Facilitator you will have proven experience of promoting apprenticeships to businesses, and experience of working in a customer focused environment to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. With extensive knowledge of the retail sector you will also have:
- excellent communication, presenting and listening skills
- ability to inspire and engage with young people
- ability to use Microsoft Office / CRM / video conferencing platforms
- ability to work in high demand environment delivering to targets and tight deadlines
