Internal Quality Assurer / IQA - Adult Care Yorkshire / Manchester to £30,600 + benefits

The Role
As Internal Quality Assurer / IQA you will be responsible the quality assurance sampling of qualifications, supporting Regional Trainers to interpret, understand and apply the standards & assessment requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- conducting quality assurance activities using desktop verification
- supporting trainers with assessment methodology
- producing sampling plans based on risk
- ensuring new trainers complete onboarding programmes
- ensuring teams use up to date resources
- providing information, advice and guidance to trainers to support learners
- maintaining / enhancing relationships with business support teams

The Person
As Internal Quality Assurer Adult Care you will already be a qualified Assessor ( e.g. IQA / CAVA / EAT ) with experience of operating within a WBL / education environment. With experience working in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines you will also have:
- strong communication / self-motivation skills
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to work in changeable, operational environments
- high energy, enthusiasm and flexibility
