As Customer Service Advisor for a digital renewable energy supplier you will use chat, email and telephone to connect with customers offering advice and guidance, support and feedback. On a daily basis you will:

  • deal efficiently with a full range of customer enquiries
  • assess customer feedback to continually improve service
  • direct customers to relevant online support, seeking technical guidance as required
  • develop & maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of company products & services

They are based in Bath, a short walk from the railway station, in modern, bright offices with kitchen facilities, comfortable staff break out areas, and a full social programme.

Due to COVID19, everyone currently works from home and will to do so until it’s safe to return to the office. Depending on how government guidelines change over the coming months, this role can either be worked from the office or a mixture of remote and office.
