Workforce Planner          Bath    up to £32,500 p.a. depending on experience

Experienced Workforce Planner for brand new forward thinking role with fast growing digital sustainable energy supplier in Bath

THIS IS THE BUSINESS

Our client is a digital, renewable energy supplier dealing only in clean, sustainable energy. Their market-disrupting, consumer-focused digital energy model is designed specifically to meet the need for change in the energy sector, and to tackle our Climate Crisis. 

To support the growth of their Customer Services teams the Workforce Planner role is being introduced. You will support all teams across Customer Services, forecasting and planning resource requirements, to ensure service levels across all channels. You will:

• deliver / maintain a forecasting & planning solution
• devise flexible / innovative approaches to managing growth
• forecast demand, constantly improving modelling

THIS IS YOU

As Workforce Planner you will have a passion for delivering fantastic service and love all things planning and forecasting. You’ll be able to adapt to change and like doing things differently. Your experience of forecasting and planning within a service environment will be backed up with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.  With a passion for sustainability and the environment you will also need:

• understanding of planning tools including Erlang
• ability to build forecasting models including shrinkage
• great Excel / Google Sheets experience
• strong communication skills / ability to present information

This role is based in Bath but can be performed from home with regular visits to the Office.
