Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a range of modern automated, pneumatic and electro‑mechanical machinery

• Using a root‑cause analysis approach to drive long‑term reliability and reduce downtime

• Taking ownership of electrical fault‑finding, diagnostics and corrective actions

• Managing and maintaining critical spares and parts inventory

• Working with a high degree of autonomy, while supporting and mentoring junior engineers

• Contributing to continuous improvement across engineering and production

What You’ll Need

• Time‑served Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical competence

• Confident with electrical fault‑finding on automated systems

• Good understanding of pneumatics and hydraulics

• NVQ Level 3 minimum in Engineering (HNC / NVQ Level 4 desirable)

• Basic PLC fault‑finding experience (advantageous)

• FMCG or high‑volume manufacturing background (highly desirable)
