Job Details for Title Clearance Supervisor:

Job Responsibilities & Description for Title Clearance Supervisor:Monitor and manage title commitment bundling process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of title products.

  • Monitor and manage title commitment bundling process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of title products.

  • Review and determine insurability options for title defects and issues.

  • Manage and monitor the title curative issues.

  • Review and summarize documents affecting title to property such as mortgages, deeds, assignments and report on the insurability of title.

  • Work with client and manager to resolve any escalated issues

 

Job Requirements for Title Clearance Supervisor:

  • 2-3 years of prior experience in the mortgage industry
  • Title Clearance experience preferred
  • Time management a plus

  • Strong organizational skills
