Credit Controller 

Search are seeking a Credit Controller to join a growing finance team on a 6 month contract in Halifax. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships while delivering results. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Collecting outstanding debt and reducing aged balances.
• Resolving invoice and payment queries.
• Recording payment commitments and maintaining accurate account records.
• Building effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting cash forecasting and escalating high-risk accounts where required. 

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 year's experience in Credit Control or a similar position.
• Proven ability to achieve collection targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good Excel skills and experience working with finance systems.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused approach. 

This role will be working Monday- Friday, 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM, which also offers great hybrid flexibility! The role will be looking for a salary of £27,000-£32,000.
