Food Production Operative

Location: Harlow, Essex

Shift Patterns Available

• 6:00am - 2:00pm (Rotating)
• 2:00pm - 10:00pm (Rotating)
• 10:00pm - 6:00am

Pay Rates

• £12.82 per hour (Days & Afternoons)
• £14.10 per hour (Nights)

HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well-established food manufacturing company in Harlow, Essex.

This Food Production Operative role offers ongoing work, paid breaks, weekly pay, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position within a growing food production environment.

Duties of the Food Production Operative

• Packing food products on a fast-paced production line
• Wrapping and preparing products for dispatch
• Working within a food manufacturing environment
• Conducting quality checks on finished products
• Labelling and pelleting products
• Following food hygiene and food safety procedures
• Keeping work areas clean and organised
• Working towards production targets as part of a team

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Food Production Operative, Production Operative, Packing Operative, Warehouse Operative or Manufacturing Operative is beneficial
• Experience within food manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work effectively within a team
