Skillinvest is currently seeking skilled Road Workers for multiple positions with a prominent Linemarking & Sealing Business based in Benalla. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and professional team where you will gain valuable exposure to various aspects of road maintenance.
We are seeking a crew of well-versed individuals to fill the following positions:
- Truck Drivers
- Plant Operators
- Traffic Management
- General Labourers
The successful candidates will be well equipped to work outdoors in hot & humid conditions, demonstrate great initiative & ability to self-manage, and be able to commit to varying rosters and work conditions (often living away from home Mon-Fri and Saturday shifts as required).
To be considered, applicants will have:
- Current HR truck Licence (HC licence advantageous)
- Traffic Control/Management Certificate or willingness to attain
- Construction Induction Card (White/Red-Victorian)
- This role requires staff to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19

If successful, candidates will be required to complete the following pre-employment checks:
- Pre-employment medical assessment
- Drug and alcohol test
- Supply a VicRoads Driver’s History check
- Present all current Driver’s Licence / Tickets (to be copied & held on file)
- Undergo two external online inductions
Skillinvest will pay for pre-employment expenses
Successful candidates will be required to attend and complete site inductions at the Benalla depot prior to commencement.
