SNI Companies is currently hiring a Clients Success Specialist in the Clearwater, Florida areas:

In this role, you will be part of our very experienced Payroll, HR and Benefits team providing primary support to implementing new clients and ongoing escalations of existing clients. The clients range in size from 50 to 5,000 employees. You will be responsible for keeping the team as well as various vendors on time and accurate.
YOU WILL NOT BE DOING ANY ACTUAL IMPLEMENTING/CONFIGURING but rather managing the process. This Full Time position focuses on white glove customer support and successful client launches.
We are seeking team members with the following experience, skills and education:

• Someone who exercises good judgement
• Someone who is nice and likes working with a great team
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience in payroll preferably working with ADP Workforce Now
• Ability to Multi-task
• Coordination of Payroll, HR and Benefits Teams within the company
• Experience in data entry and problem solving
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize a varied workload
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications with advanced skills in Excel
