We are proud to partner with a prominent, well-respected national organisation who are looking for an experienced and talented Recruitment Team Leader in the White-Collar Technical Area

 

The Exciting Opportunity:

 

This is a great opportunity for a Recruitment Team Leader who has experience in Technical White-Collar Recruitment along with managing a small internal recruitment team.  This role will be 50% team management and 50% hands on recruitment.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment process from start to finish for technical white-collar positions
  • Key stakeholder engagement – updating the internal hiring manager every step of the way
  • Utilising various strategies to successfully attract technical white-collar candidates such as head hunting, LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search, writing and placing professional job adverts, utilising digital media and relevant platforms along with maximising your candidate database and referral network
  • 50% of your role will be ‘hands on’ recruiting for technical white-collar positions and the remainder will involve supporting your team
  • Screen, qualify and interview candidates to assess their suitability and commitment for current or future vacancies
  • Select and match candidates for appropriate positions, arrange interviews and fully brief candidates on the company and role
  • Maintain and develop current key stakeholder relationships to always ensure that they receive the best service possible from your team
  • Manage a team of white-collar recruitment advisors – mentoring, coaching and supporting your team – leading by example

The Successful Candidate:

  • Significant past recruitment experience and drive to get the best with proven track record in previous roles
  • Technical White Collar Recruitment Experience is essential
  • A track record of successfully partnering with Hiring Managers, whilst being comfortable challenging opinions and assumptions, acting as a true advisor. 
  • Strong networking skills which you can leverage as a sourcing channel for those hard-to-fill roles
  • Achieve revenue targets and meet individual and team KPIs in a fast-moving environment
