Registered Nurses - AM, PM & Night Shifts (10347) Perth, Australia

Salary: AUD40 - AUD50 per hour + super
  • 5 x Senior RNs Required for AM Shifts – Perth Metro – Permanent Full Time or Part Time
  • We also have some mixed shifts of AMs & PMs available
  • Increasing nurse to patient ratio’s due to AN-ACC requirements
  • Very good staff to patient ratio’s – looking after 40 beds on the floor with a CCC, RN & care team
  • $40-$50ph + super

Our client has an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional aged care services to their residents and families in a positive and compassionate way.  

Culturally speaking, our client has a great environment in this large modern facility, however, what sets them apart from their competitors is the support you will receive, along with a full complement of staff which includes 4 CCCs on each shift (1 CCC on each floor as there are 4 floors to this facility) along with a Clinical Nurse Manager and full clinical & care team including medical competent carers on each shift - each floor has approximately 40 beds.

 

The Exciting Opportunity:

We are looking for 5 Senior Level RNs to work for this leading residential aged care provider – they are increasing their nurse to patient ratio’s due to the new AN-ACC requirements which will result in great staff to patient ratios.

Additionally, we have a couple of other mixed shifts available on a permanent part time basis:

 

  • 1 RN – 4 Shifts a week on SAT/SUN – PMs & MON/TUE – AM’s (loading on PM shift)
  • 1 RN – 3 Shifts a week on THUR/FRI - AMs & SAT -PM (loading on PM shift)
  • 1 RN – 3 Shifts a week on Sat/Sun/Mon – Night Shifts (excellent loading)

 

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for leading your junior RNs, Carers (including Med Comp Carers) to deliver clinical excellence and high-quality care
  • Care plans and Assessment
  • Checking clinical indicators
  • SIRS – dealing with falls and other incidents
  • Working closely with resident's families – dealing with any queries or complaints
  • Assist with admissions

 

The Successful Candidate:

  • Must be a current AHPRA Registered Nurse
  • Must have experience working in residential aged care
  • Focused on driving and delivering clinical excellence meeting aged care standards
  • Current National Police Clearance and Covid/Flu Vaccination
