Salary: AUD90000 - AUD120000 per annum + super
  • Urgent requirement – 2 x Resourcing Advisors – blue & white collar
  • Permanent position – work for a global leading construction contractor
  • $90k-$120k depending on experience + super + CBD location – 1-2 days WFH

 

The Exciting Opportunity:

Our client has a very dynamic business model in Australia and are a well-established construction company based in Perth CBD.  They have won many high-profile projects across WA and Australia and are now looking for 2 talented Resourcing Advisors who are ready to take up a new permanent position and join this very successful recruitment team.  You will be responsible for recruiting technical white collar and blue collar trades positions for their projects across WA

 

Duties:

  • Recruiting both blue collar and white collar technical roles in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, whilst also being able to provide a high degree of professionalism and service to the business
  • Managing the end to end recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, applicant screening, candidate interviewing and assessing, due diligence and verbal offer within a competency based assessment and selection framework
  • Monitoring and reporting on the external labour market to identify trends, emerging issues and improvement opportunities
  • Arranging on-boarding for successful candidates including arranging on-line training in conjunction with the mobilisations specialist where appropriate
  • Keeping up to date with market changes, and identifying key target areas to attract candidates
  • Utilising all available technologies to actively approach and communicate with the passive recruitment market, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search
  • Key stakeholder engagement and consulting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct proactive search campaigns for external applicants
  • Manage communication between applicants, hiring managers and panel members

 

 

The Successful Candidate:

  • Must have previous recruitment experience recruiting technical white collar or/and blue collar positions
  • Demonstrated experience working within a high-volume recruitment capacity
  • Ability to liaise with managers and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Have a proven track record of attracting and sourcing talent through multiple sourcing methods
  • Thorough and organised approach and able to adapt to ever changing business needs
