BE Recruitment Ltd are working with a national distribution company, based in Tamworth. And they are looking for Order Pickers to join their existing warehouse team.
Duties will include:
Order Picking
Working in a chilled environment
Using a voice picking system
Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits:
You will have the choice of working either 09.00 to 18.00 or 18.00 to 02.30am
You will be working any 5 out of 7 days
You will be paid between 10.03 per hour and 16.29 per hour for the first 12 weeks, dependant on the days/hours worked
You will then be paid between 10.03 per hour and 20.63 per hour after 12 weeks, dependant on the days/hours worked
There is plenty of overtime available and these assignments offer a permanent role after a successful trial period
You will also receive up to 28 days paid holiday, maternity pay, paternity pay, sick pay and a contributory pension after a qualifying period
There is a subsidised canteen on site and plenty of free parking
Role requirements:
Warehouse experience is required and full training will be provided
Must have own transport due to location
