BE Recruitment are currently looking for Samples Assistant to start ASAP for our prestigious client based in Birmingham (B11)

Overview and Objectives of the Position:

The position would be responsible for creation of all materials for the Clerkenwell Showroom, this includes preparation of boards, folders, wallets, cards and tiles. The role would also involve the cutting of tile chips for wallets and cards.  The position holder would ensure that the samples and other associated marketing material sent out, are of a high-quality standard, presented in the correct format for Clerkenwell.

 Key Relationships:

• Internal Departments – (such as but not limited to) Sales Support Team, Samples, Warehouse
• Management & Senior Management Team
• Showroom Team at Clerkenwell

 Key accountability's:

• Preparation of sample requests for Clerkenwell
• Responsible for stock replenishment for Clerkenwell
• Ordering tiles for new ranges, as and when requested by the Samples Supervisor
• Keep the Sample wallets, Samples department and Warehouse neat and tidy at all times
• Provide coverage in the Samples department when not working on Clerkenwell projects
• Heavy lifting will be involved and usage of tile cutting machinery
• Ensure the specific Health and Safety standards are maintained
• Carry out further tasks as may from time to time be delegated to you by your Supervisor & Manager

 Qualifications, Experience and Personal Qualities:

• Similar previous role, which may include Warehouse duties
• Experience of stock replenishment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, to build relationships with other team members and Area Sales Managers

 Language Skills 

• Excellent verbal and written English
• Knowledge of other languages are an advantage

• Birmingham B11, UK

Hours of work:-

- Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700
- £21000K
