BE Recruitment are working with a leading Manufacturing company, based in Coleshill, and they are looking to recruit 3 FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join their existing team.

Day to day duties will include:

Loading and unloading wagons

Moving stock to and from the production line (working sometime in confined production area)

General warehouse duties when required

Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits:

You will have the choice of working either

06.00 to 14.00 Monday to Thursday and 06.00 to 11.30 on a Friday. £9.50 per hour Basic plus shift allowance £5 per day or £1.50 per hour. (overtime available paid at £14.25 per hour)

14.00 to 22.00 Monday to Thursday and 11.30 to 17.00 on a Friday. You will be paid £9.50 per hour plus shift allowance £9.40 per day or £1.25 per hour. (overtime available paid at £14.25 per hour)

Please note for any driver who has 2 or more years expreince driving FLT Counter Balance there will be an additional premium on top of the basic salary detailed above.

You will also receive up to 28 days paid holiday, sick pay, maternity pay, paternity pay and a contributory pension after a short qualifying period.
