About the role:

This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Provide excellent customer service, handling enquiries, service requests, and shared inbox management.
• Deliver administrative and clerical support, including document preparation, database management, and record keeping.
• Assist with financial and procurement tasks, including purchase orders, invoice processing, and supplier liaison.
• Support data collection, reporting, and analysis for internal planning and external compliance.
• Perform reception and office duties, managing visitors, mail, and meeting room coordination.

What we’re looking for - Skills & Experience

• Experience in administration, customer service, and supporting a team or department.
• Knowledge of office procedures, purchasing processes, and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Great communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
