Our client is an instantly recognisable brand. You would be joining a very flexible team. This role is a commercial focused VAT compliance role. The purpose of the role is to manage the delivery of the company’s indirect tax services in the UK and lead on automation and process improvement projects.
Duties
- Managing the delivery of VAT returns for UK group companies
- Supporting with the provision of VAT advisory services
- Supporting the design and delivery of an updated indirect tax risk framework
- Assisting with SAP S/4 Hana implementation project
- Review and document VAT processes in line with the governance framework
About you
- Commercially minded VAT compliance professional
- Good understating of VAT return preparation
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Advanced level of Excel, with desire to embrace new technology
