About the Role

  • Our client is looking to recruit a Marketing Product Support Manager to join their talented, award winning and dynamic team, with the aim of supporting continued outstanding growth.
  • This is a key role within the Company and is focused on providing additional resource and support to the Commercial and Residential Market leads, for the projects within the New Product Development (NPD) pipeline, to enable them to better execute our market introductions.
  • You will be a key part of a successful team who are leading the transformation of the Company in its 'go to market' approach for all customers.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Own the MA Solution Road Map and turnover model providing monthly updates
  • Support the Commercial and Residential Market Managers in being able to understand the exact requirements of the product to suit the market, able to operate independently to progress the projects
  • Working in conjunction with the wider organisation, ensuring all of the correct and validated marketing requirements are completed on time
  • Responsible for MA SAP requirements and inputs to enable product ranges to be available to sell
  • Provide the day to day contact within the Company for the support and clarification on the ongoing projects on the development plan
  • Be the lead for the Strategic Field of Growth Navigator program
  • Contribute to the competitor analysis programs, leveraging insight from their outputs
  • Work in conjunction with the Technical and Training manager to ensure that all new solutions have the correct material and fully supported from the Technical Engineers prior to launch.
  • Ensure that any launch is supported with correct information, collateral and tools for the target market
  • Provide technical product content for the Communications Team to be able to support any campaigns built around the solution
  • Attend and support market introductions at the regional sales meetings
  • Represent the company on selected trade shows
  • Provide initial sales support for new product introductions
  • Where relevant provide sales support for the existing portfolio
